There's definitely pre-existing wiring and fixtures for electricity, as mentioned in the Setting page. There's even electrical components and discarded tech in the basement that can be put to good use by any character with a mind to do so!

We've purposefully left exact details of what's available as open as possible to allow players to be creative with their solutions. We hope you guys have a lot of fun with it!
