I've sorta handwaved this (and I should go post it on the living arrangement post) but Garrett has snagged himself a safehouse/apartment in FDC and he tends to hang around seedier places, so he could very well notice that the crazy has spread beyond the school. SO THERE'S A THING. And like I said before, he is interested in encouraging the madness if it means he can score some loot in the confusion. >:3

ALSO, Skull Kid is still on the pops, and I'd be happy to have him freak out and start turning people into frogs or Deku Scrubs or whatever if anyone's interested. :D
