GAME PLOTTING
Use this handy form and suggest plot ideas you'd like to see in the game. We LOVE GAME-WIDE DEVELOPMENT IDEAS.

<b>Player:</b> <b>Idea:</b> This can be anything from "cafeteria food fight" to "campus-wide murder mystery". No idea is too big or small. Find interested parties, work out details, decide on when/where/how/why together! Just remember anything really huge should be run by the moderators real quick. Use your best judgement; things like hijacking the PA system, minor to moderate property destruction and brawls don't need mod approval, but things like exploding buildings and mass-death should get approval.

CHARACTER PLOTTING
Use this handy form to make your own threads and suggest CR (character relations) you'd like to see in this game.

GOALS & DIRECTIONS: Hey, some of us have been here a really long time and might not know what direction to take our characters in anymore, or maybe you've been here only a few days and don't know where to start. There's no better time to start than now, so don't be afraid to express what things you'd like to do with your characters, regardless if it's something that might happen in the near future or a long ways away. Fall in love? Fall out of love? Graduate? Experience what it's like to be the opposite gender? An animal? In the body of someone else? Save the world? Try to destroy it? The more other players are aware of what you want to do, the better your chances are of making your wishes into reality!

THIRD PARTY SUGGESTIONS: Suggest new CR or character ideas, even if it has nothing to do with your own characters. Just put a "THIRD PARTY SUGGESTION" in the title of your comment when you browse the Character Plotting threads, and who knows? Maybe you just suggested a great interaction or idea no one has ever thought of before. And don't forget to spread the love around with as many people as you can so everyone gets a suggestion or two!

A few ground rules:

1. You don't HAVE to accept every offer that comes your way. Accept offers you are interested in, and politely say no to ideas you do not like.
   
2. An offer does NOT guarantee a log or plot development between your characters. Please remember that.
   
3. The final decision about which offers to accept or reject goes to the original poster of the request.

CIVIL UNREST INDEED

SO THERE'S BEEN TALKS ON THE PLURKOSPHERE OF CIVIL UNREST AND HUMAN VS. NON-HUMAN SEGREGATION and I don't know if you know but Seth is very much all about this and that is basically the core motivation of his entire character.

Something like this happened a couple of years ago (referred to as the "Freaks Get Out" plot), but this is something I'd direly like to experience again, and if I can provide an ideal cat catalyst for it to happen, I think I easily can with Seth and his drugs. Player vs. Player plots are something I'd love to have more of!

If you've been keeping up with the drug plot, Knuckles has the right hunch: Seth is using the drugs/drug money (and blood vials) to figure out a way to bridge the gap between human ↔ Pokemon transformations; something he'd ultimately like to control, hence the loophole of how he was able to kill a ghost type.

These are just things I can contribute on my end though, I don't know if anyone else has any particularly DISCRIMINATORY types of characters or could help spark some embers, make connections with the drugs/cause fear and panic (I'd easily be willing to say drug-related violence will become more common in FDC, perhaps maybe a string of "obviously targeted Pokemon because of their ability to transform into humans"?), or has any other or unrelated ideas, but YEAH LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

I'm just going to link the Plurk where I first brought this up, because people were doing some excellent brainstorming on that. (Apologies for my plurk background being so gross when viewed like that.)

Also going to say that despite not playing Uxie anymore I would still very much love to have some involvement in this hhhhh I WANNA PLAY TOO GUYS PLEASE CAN I 8'| I'd be willing to NPC Uxie again for this if no other suitable villains were available, but only if that doesn't break any rules. Copy X could also potentially work as an ember-sparker, but his BLATANT DISCRIMINATION is toward his fellow not-humans, so that might take some sneakiness.

Maybe the possibility of bringing in the city as a whole might help to escalate it, too? Smash has a lot of characters who wouldn't wanna opt in/would love and tolerate everyone/would give shonen speeches about justice/wouldn't ICly care, so using NPCs as set pieces might help convey the sense of "this is a real problematic tension" instead of "this is one or two jerks being one or two jerks?"

EDIT: A quick pastebin of potential ideas/things I remember being mentioned in the initial plurk. Nothing concrete, just potential ideas that might interest people? P.S. IT MENTIONS MY OWN DUDES AND POTENTIAL IDEAS A LOT ha haaa I'm sorry, this was kinda for my own reference initially.

Re: using NPC as set pieces DEFINITELY, YEAH. That's why I started to have the latter half of the drugs migrate more into the city, yet also drill that point home though and give characters in the school some personal incentive to care that this is a serious problem (like a for reals character death) that relates to them, but still give wiggle room for opting in and opting out easily.

I LOVE THIS PASTE BIN. I'd love for everyone to get a hand in this since humanity/morality/discrimination, etc is a Deep Issue that can easily pertain to anyone here. I think probably the best/most horrible way would to just start spurting misinformation and someone to point fingers and let that snowball roll on it's own. Much like how Seth planted false clues to point the blame at Caim, he could do this again with someone else, but someone would have to believe it and roll with it and be very vocal about it. Uxie might be able to help plant some seeds of misinformation if you want to give a hand there, I think that'd be sufficient of a one-shot plot type NPC/cameo.

Something more validating than "possible murder suspect" and more like "THIS FURFAG/ROBOT ASSHOLE TOTALLY MUGGED ME WALKING DOWN THE SIDEWALK FOR POPS BEING A SKINBAG, SEE I HAVE BRUISES" or something.

Also probably twisting words in the heat of an argument that perpetuates/reinforces those negative feelings/biases. Because people do that when they're upset.

I talked with Jim regarding the plot and tiny!Naoto will work undercover and manage to talk with him as her backup, since Kanji isn't around anymore (sob). So near the end KIDNAPPINGS WOULD BE SUPER APPRECIATED. Also people finding out that Naoto is a girl (shock and horror etc).

OH MAN freaks get out plot was my favorite plot. If there is anything you would like from me there, I am at your disposal with my two freaks. XD Knuckles has always been fairly Pro-Non-Human Rights and was pretty involved in the previous round. Whereas Jon is just bitter and jaded and distrusts most Humans on sight.

And yes - investigation times are fun times. =)c

I think... if I go ahead with Gale my Zoroark, she'd be all for doing the bads and making things hell for everyone.

That aside, Riwane is in the middle of this and she doesn't even know 90% of what's going on other than she's really damn good at facilitating the pops. This could be addressed haha ^^;;

XD she'd be oblivious to any plotting. All she knows is that it's her second job... Her first being part of the Host club. Dang Seth you have your hands all over her don't you? XD

She'll just continue doing what she enjoys, after all they're just harmless candy right? And people seem really happy with them so that's a plus!

Sig himself is somewhat of a freak, being a mix of a human and a demon and all that. He himself is too passive to think much about it, but I would be up to throw him into the freaks group for people getting crazy about freaks to point fingers at if he's qualified enough! 8D

IRRELEVANT QUESTION ALERT: Do we have any projected date that this stuff might start going down again? I've been doing some character exercises/canon reviewing for Shinon for a while after I dropped him again so that I could feel more comfortable with him again, and I really, really wanted to get him involved last time this was taking place, so... I suppose I just wanted to know so that I could think about getting another Huge Dick Bigot on the human side again. (FE9/10 is all about humans vs. non-humans, seriously.)

I've been letting this develop very organically, so unfortunately no, I can't give a projected date.

I was tentatively planning on pushing things more and more as the holiday season comes up, since Seth would ICly enjoy ruining other people's New Christmahannakwanzakas Year's, but I'm not dead set on that date. Either way, probably the sooner the better?

I can't say give an exact ETA, unfortunately.

This is a little bit late and I'm still on hiatus right now, but I really want to take part in this too! I've got three non-humans right here that I'd be happy to use as a part of something or...I don't even know. I just want to take part of this if that's okay!

You are never too late. I'd love this! I don't know what you may want to do but I can throw some ideas at you hmmmmm.

Until someone stops Seth, he's going to keep propagating the drugs in FDC.

Maybe Sable or Watt is taking a stroll/Christmas shopping/picking up fabric and materials to make Christmas presents in FDC but is targeted by drugged-up pop users "because she's not human". They could try to mug her or beat her up or steal money from her? That might get everyone's attention more.

Aaaaaah sorry for the extremely late reply!

But I love this idea! Sable hasn't really had anything super bad happen to her this entire time. I certainly wouldn't make putting her up for possible beating-ups because she's not a human.
