What the hell is this? Don't we have a monthly personals?
We do have those, but those seem to be more on the plotting/character goal side of things. This one works a little differently for the sake of establishing CR and nothing more... Although nobody can stop plots from developing from that.
Also Kat endorsed this so all complaints can go toward her.

How does it work?

I don't think being a murder suspect warrants only detention, so.........

Yeah, Ishimaru should get detention for hanging out with Mondo since I'm pretty sure Mondo gets into trouble. Or anyone at Smash, really. Just hang out with the wrong crowd and you'll get issued a detention someday.

And then Ishimaru was the only one to show up for detention and Ulki was surprised that he didn't have to go hunt somebody down for once.
