A Midsummer's Night's CR Meme
It's baaack!
So we have the personals meme for hashing out personal and game-wide plot and even ideas alike. There's always the budding of new CR in those too, but that's never been the focus. That's where this meme comes in! This one exists purefly for the sake of forging new relationships between characters by thoroughly detailing the kinds of people they are, who they'd get along with, and where they'd frequent for finding easy opportunities to have them meet each other! Or maybe they's already met briefly, by sharing the same class or having a friend in common or what have you. That skips the awkward "hey I've never seen you before" phase entirely - unless you want to do that step too, of course!
You can take a look at the proto-meme here. I've tweaked it a little this time around and am always open to suggestions for further improvements!

Age: Old. Old as balls.
Living Arrangements: The libarary.
Class taken/taught: He is the LIBRARY ASSISTANT
Clubs involved with: Nope. Hobbies include reading books, attempting to reorganize books, and calling Ishimaru on his cell phone.
Other position in school: King of the rails, resident nuisance.
Brief summary of character: Neurotic. Talks at 90 miles an hour and never ever shuts up ever. He is sort of a dick, kind of dense, and mildly delusional re: his intelligence. The awful truth about him is that he is programmed to make bad decisions, and as such has a massive inferiority complex/berserk button about being programmed to make bad decisions. Secretly a psychopath but otherwise friendly!!
Most likely to get along with: People who TALK to him. People who humor him. People who aren't going to question his intelligence or lack thereof and will just let him do his thing without getting angry or insulting him. HE LIKES FRIENDS AND HAVING FRIENDS.
Least likely to get along with: The opposite of the above. People who ignore, berate, or insult him. People who call him dumb and DON'T TAKE HIM SERIOUSLY.
Types of CR wanted: ANYTHING. He's very easy to rile up if you'd like someone to antagonize, but friends are good for him too. People who will listen to his ridiculous anecdotes.
Notable for: Being a talking robot eyeball, being exceedingly British, and never shutting up.
If your character were to encounter this one: He would ATTEMPT TO MAKE CONVERSATION. And then continue to make conversation, and never
ever
stop.
Dorm Life: Wheatley lives in the library.
Places frequented: LIBRARY always library. He can also be found putting around on the management rails that are in every school building. Sometimes he shows up in weird places that he shouldn't be, like the cafe. Or the host club.
Often seen with: "Seen with" in this case means "following around" and those people include Vianca, Cammy, Ishimaru, and basically anyone who happens to pass by at the wrong moment. If you're a library regular you can bet he's decided to be your friend. He's known to ask students to help cart him from building to building.
