smash_ooc | A Midsummer's Night's CR Meme

It's baaack!

So we have the personals meme for hashing out personal and game-wide plot and even ideas alike. There's always the budding of new CR in those too, but that's never been the focus. That's where this meme comes in! This one exists purefly for the sake of forging new relationships between characters by thoroughly detailing the kinds of people they are, who they'd get along with, and where they'd frequent for finding easy opportunities to have them meet each other! Or maybe they's already met briefly, by sharing the same class or having a friend in common or what have you. That skips the awkward "hey I've never seen you before" phase entirely - unless you want to do that step too, of course!

You can take a look at the proto-meme here. I've tweaked it a little this time around and am always open to suggestions for further improvements!

Most likely to get along with: Buddy material!
Least likely to get along with: Negative CR is also great.
Types of CR wanted: Rivalries? Romance? BFFs? Mentor/Apprentice things?

Notable for: Things strangers would immediately notice about and associate with them. Being disruptive in class, teaching really weirdly (well, normal for Smash I guess), being shy and quiet, etc
If your character were to encounter this one: Would they pass by without a word? Give a friendly wave? Get assigned a group project together? Bully yours for their lunch money? 
Dorm Life: Mostly relevant to roommates and immediate neighbours. Are they messy? Loud? Never home? Prone to drinking on the roof? If they live on their own somewhere TOO BAD YOU'RE NOT INVITED TO THIS SECTION
Places frequented: On campus and off. Hey, it's summer, everyone's got to be doing something with their vacation.
Often seen with: Hey, maybe your character has a friend in common with someone else, that can be an ice breaker.

Other position in school: Unofficial assistant to the computer lab monitor, network security guard, judge/jury/executioner of any and all malware, etc.

Brief summary of character: A very friendly and talkative, yet overly cautious and shy young fellow, always looking for a way that he can be helpful to others. Incredibly book-smart, but not so much street-smart. Severely dislikes bullies and anyone who tries to force their beliefs on others.
Most likely to get along with: Warm, amiable types. Being able to tolerate him going off on a tangent about certain subjects is a plus.
Least likely to get along with: He's deadly serious about the bully thing.
Types of CR wanted: Anything's cool.

Notable for: Most of all, that strange outfit he seems to wear at every hour of every day and never takes off (because it is a part of him). A static tingle in the air whenever he is close by, more pronounced if he is excited about something. Big, expressive eyes of the deepest blue. And also, for somehow being able to consistently avoid people; you almost never see him outside of a classroom. If you ever push him to the point where you get to see the electric powers come into play, pray that your nervous system will still be fully-functional afterward.
If your character were to encounter this one: He would greet you politely, introduce himself if you've never met, or ask you how you're doing if you have. Either way, he's going to ask if you need help with anything, even if he's already tied up with some other activity.
Dorm Life: You've never seen his dorm and you likely never will, so ha. (But he keeps it really neat and organized.)
Places frequented: The network, the network, aaaaand the network. Outdoors? Only if it's nice, not too hot and not too cold, and definitely not raining! He does his best to avoid any situation where he would need to be outside the network for a long period of time, unless he's helping someone with something.
Often seen with: Alter Ego and Naoya, mostly. He has other friends, but he doesn't want to bother them.
