GAME PLOTTING

Ah, October. Classes are very underway seriously where all the class logs at. The weather is definitely cooling down day by day and the lake is perhaps now too crisp for a swim, however scenic it may be.

Ideas that have been tossed around the plurkosphere lately and last personals have included and are not limited to; carnivals, Snake's Box Trippin' Survival Camp, Town/School Wide Water/Food Contamination, temporarily turning off the common language, someone actually witnessing the dorm shuffle as it happens, leaf pile shenanigans, and maybe exploring the source of where the shadow bug cat balls came from.

We currently have football team stuff going on, but WHY STOP THERE? Why not track team or cheer-leading or other clubs? Let's show everyone our burning Flaming Hobo spirit!

We of course plan to so something SUPER COOL AND 2SPOOKY for Halloween so LET'S HEAR SOME IDEAS!

Just casual every day interaction at the school happening between characters who may or may not have even met before. That kind of might be neat to do. I'd even set it up if people wanted.

Goals & Directions: There is nothing terribly different from last month, but Ike is a new addition and therefore needs some CR. All of my dudes need positive and negative CR and I'd also like to reinforce existing CR. ALSO, here is Ike's intro post if anybody wants CR with him there, and if you want a curse from Henry, here is a rough list to get you started. But he can probably do pretty much anything. GIVE ME YOUR IDEAS.

♦ Technically during cat balls / eggman, Eirika and Ulki were to have met during informant or whatever have you. We never actually logged it out, but basically, I want Eirika to have CR with him (AND LIKE HALF OF YOUR CAST...)
♦ More Eirika/Henry CR, please. I love these two.
♦ Plz to have some Eirika/Ike. (I know he's got an open log up, so I intend to go hit that today.)
♦ Voile is familiar with Chihiro and while I'm not that on the up and up about DR, I think there's some connection between Alter Ego and Chihiro? Is that right? There's potential here.
♦ It's been a while since Caim and Ron have done anything and I would kind of like to remedy this. ♥

SEPTEMBER WAS UNEXPECTEDLY BUSY and kind of threw my RP motivation off, I deeply apologize for that, but it was important bidness that had to be taken care of. I might find myself busy again mid-end of October with a new job, but this month should fare better than September has. Looking to ease back into things and open for all the things, old and new.

Samus: CLASS LOG, either Armed Weaponry or Biomech, leaning towards Armed Weaponry.

Rick: CLASS LOG, Adventure 101. Definitely at the top of my priority list.

MYSTERY NEW PERSON: still might maybe happen, but it's not at the top of my priority list.

Samus → I am ever consistently pleased with awkward times with Snake. They are good allies even with their weird history. We talked briefly of Ziio and Samus getting to know one another since they kind of speak the same language and I'd like to work on that as well. (To be fair, I think all of my females could benefit from some CR with Samus. Eirika could use another woman's opinion on strength of character and will and I think that Samus would be an incredibly positive influence for her.)

Rick → Would you like my ladies? I'd like to throw some ladies at you. I'm also perfectly content for Snake to continue being a poor influence on Rick because he's a silly core and doesn't know any better. Snake's going to teach him how to get the wiminz.

Zelda is playing the dangerous game of Mr. and Mrs. Smith with Soryk and that is probably going to come bite her in the ass very shortly. Who knows!?!???? ??? Other than that, she is always open for RA shenanigans or just general tea parties and advice and good company. I'd love to get Sheik out a little more this month if anyone is interested!

Aoi is STILL PRETTY NEW and likes food and sports and needs to make some friends.

Wheatley is being Wheatley. He needs someone to take him on a field trip to the bunkers for an important thing. Which of you will do this.

Goals & Directions:

Pit just experienced the death of someone close to him. He is going to feel sad for a while because his heart has not healed to a point where the emotional dam isn't in danger of breaking yet. Of course, he has moved past "constantly upset" to "trying to go on as usual but having a faint edge of volatility to his sadness breaking through". He is also trying to be a better student, but he has plenty of obstacles, including the depression I just mentioned and his inability to read, not to mention his general lack of book smarts.

Rhys is getting some more help around the nurse's office! Yay! He is on the road to recovery from his drug incident, and is doing a lot better since he can work. He just can't overwork himself. I want to try putting up a class log for him. Suggestions are welcome! What kind of health/healing/medical topic do you think would be interesting for him to cover?

Cress is the one who could really use closer CR. The catball-robot war left him in the hospital and with a few more mental scars, and he tried to emulate the guts Chili demonstrated but failed in his endeavor miserably, so it's a huge blow to his self-esteem. That said, he wants to grow stronger as a trainer and a person more than ever. He's debating going home, but isn't sure whether he should leave Chili behind at this CRAZY HELL SCHOOL or not.

Mondo has been fighting internal battles this entire time. The biggest issues glaring him down lately have been personal- his lack of control over himself and the lack of inner strength. He needs to do some soul-searching, he needs to figure out what he wants out of life and stop feeling so worthless and accept his losses and move on. BUT. IT'S HARD. He's also enrolled into classes and is actually... attending?! I think he's starting to appreciate that for the most part, this school is a fighting school. Finally, grades for something he's good at! ...Of course, despite this, his attendance still isn't perfect.

Kiyotaka is doing his usual thing, enforcing rules and studying hard and all that crap now that school's back in session. This month marks his first Smashiversary and he has not completely lost his mind yet so that sure is an accomplishment. He had an... eventful summer with a good dose of angst and being a serious guy so let's go with more situations that bring out the side of him that is A COMPLETE INSUFFERABLE DORK and nurture it a little.

Mary is still recovering from the whole catballs fiasco and, you know, having someone she was devoted to for several months closing in on a year TOTALLY BETRAY HER. It's a good time for her to grow, finally thinking about things like long term consequences and treating other people better. Despite this I am still determined to nudge her into subtle antagonist roles gradually. Time for some self discovery and exploration at the tender age of 10 and a half. She could use mentors and friends and new hardships to shape her.
(She also has a little plant demon thing SO THAT'S A THING. Fight her.)

Seeking: Pretty sure this goes without saying, but anything and everything. Logs, new CR, old CR, text messages, whatever. It's all good.
Goals & Directions: Uhhh I flaked out for a good 2 months and I'd like to try and unflake myself.

MARIE is hideously lonely (but that's pretty much his own fault). Catballs was pretty tough from it, and he's still not ready to roll over and say everything is fine now. He's probably got some Things to say to some People but who knows if he will unless confronted. He could always use new CR because he isn't very social and he recently sabotaged his own relationships so he's down a few there.

GOLD for completely different reasons is still having a hard time getting over catballs. He's trying to be his peppy self, but he's probably been noticeably a little less upbeat. He's easy to get along with and I always want new CR for him. Also he thinks he can get in Red's bed now, sorry Red.

PEACH bbbbbbbbb wow talk about dropping the ball with her. She needs everything. I would like to throw up a class log for her pretty soon. Carnival may be a thing eventually some day. But I would like Peach to make some new friends, for sure.

Now that Ai is gone, Caim has lost one of the people holding that proverbial leash to his sanity and I could - and would - like to see something happen that just makes him snap and revisit something of the old murderer that killed the Kraken a couple years back.

Toni and I have talked about Naoya helping Caim get his sword back. Not the original sword, but something of a parallel or I suppose alternate universe version of his sword, which would go well with the previous point in mind. Basically, I'd like to see some of his older self make a comeback.

Eirika
Her birthday is coming up soooooon. This is kind of a big deal for her since she normally celebrates it with her brother and it's a first time she doesn't get to do that. A 'normal' birthday celebration seems like it would be a good time! (And she could probably use it.)

The guidance counselor is in the office. No, really. I'm serious. This is the beginning of the school year. This is the perfect time for new students, new arrivals, and even prior students to go make a visit and let her help you pick out classes for your 'career.' I'm tempted to make an office log that will last on a monthly basis from now on and just set it around the beginning of each month.

I understand she tends to keep to herself much of the time, but almost everything in the academy - in terms of technological advancements - is something incredibly new to her, so it'd be nice to get her out of the forest and a little more into the 'modern' world, school time notwithstanding. I'd really love for her to meet some new people - faculty, students, cores, and so on.

Snake
Oops. Guess what I forgot to do. BOX SURVIVAL CAMP TRIPS. FUUUUUUCK. (The weekend I was going to do this was a week of incredibly stressful work and unfortunately it completely slipped my mind until Falcon's football stuff. I'm tentatively setting this for this weekend, Oct. 4 ~ Oct. 6.

I'd like to get him a little more involved in either lurking in on classes, being the obnoxious eavesdropper, or offending people. Something to give him something to do, if possible.

Soryk
Technically, Soryk's poison plot started yesterday (Oct. 01), however it's at such a gradual pace that chances are it's not even really being noticed. I'll post a format notice about this likely also this weekend (around Oct. 05, just to give a run down on how things are going to go after a final look through).

Basically, looking to make him the villainous beast taking Seth's place and being a horrible guy. Before all of that goes down, however, I'm interested in putting up a new Poisons class log as there hasn't been one for a while.

Voile
She really hasn't done much since the whole Cat Balls / Eggman scenario went down, but she's starting to show herself up again. I understand there's some closure stuff that will eventually need to come into play and I'd like to work on that with any of the various people it may affect (so I guess Marie, Sonny, possibly Vinnie, Red) and anyone else who might have been a part of that.

Alcin did recently leave as well, which has her a little down (but likely more relieved because now she has one less person she's hiding things from). I understand classes have just begun, but I think she'll start making early plans for an end of the year contest at the FDC Hall that was finished last summer. I'll plot an entry on the network for this at some point next week.

Phoenix needs new shit to do. I really want him to get involved with something bad, or like have a villain threaten him or put him in a predicament (i.e. "you have to do this bad thing or else your precious friend/pokemon/something dies"). I need to do a class log for him... He can definitely use friends of course but I want people to be douchebags to him.

Chell I really really need to get out there. I really want to develop her more and have her be more comfortable in social situations, so if you wouldn't mind hanging around someone who doesn't talk, then hey maybe Chell would be the lady for you. She's not a bad person and she has some soft spots for certain types of people so if you want to warm her heart up then do it.


I should probably warn that my RP drive has been very low lately and I apologize for that. It's been going on for a while and it has nothing to do with anyone - just my own thing. I've dropped a good chunk of characters, so now I'm only down to three characters between two games. Hopefully that will help!

And forever freaked out by dead parents. He's currently also now busy COURTING A PRETTY LADY. Sounds romantic? GARRY is a flamboyant painter who loves you and all of you. He recently was catballed for like many months and had a fuddled memory and wants to fix everything with everyone and try to get everything back to normal. MAC has been around forever oh my god. He's a too nice and too trusting young gent with enough positive energy for the whole universe. He's a boxer with a lot of spirit and heart.
