I have a pressing question for you.
How do you feel about journalism?
We have a frequent habit of discussing gamewide plots OoCly so that everyone's aware of what's going down with our bad selves. What about the smaller things that nobody notices? Well. Now we have a way of everyone being in the know
About all of the things your characters didn't want people to know.

So... what is Keysmash?
Two words: Bad Journalism
Basically the aim is to take some truth and fiction, mix it together, playfully ruin character reputations, and benefit from inevitable amusement (provided you aren't the character in question).
Quite literally, Keysmash will be Smash's monthly editorial magazine, covering true stories (IC events - small and large), and submitted falsehoods (heeheehee).
How It Works.
Every month, I'll make a post that will span the entirety of that current month (i.e., like this post is for the entire month of October 2013). Small things, large things, basically things you want articles on, are things I would like for you to submit here, via comment format. (In the future, you'll be able to find these posts more easily by looking up the event information - keysmash tag.)
♠ It can be actual in-game events, like Char blowing a gasket at some unfortunate member of Red Team and using Flamethrower on a classroom door.
♠ It can be completely artificial based on either IC grudges (everyone thinks Eggman smells and it's undoubtedly because he buys import cheese from the grocery store and stuffs it into his pants), or simply out of OoC indulgence (dat Captain Falcon in a dress is hawt).
Will I be using every idea? If I get a lot, I may not be able to squeeze it all in, but that's okay because we always have another month upcoming. One way or another, your idea will eventually come to be realised.
But let's keep it in moderation and play mostly nicely. Try not to suggest anything that you don't think another player will appreciate - at least not without discussing it with said player first. (But we all seem to have a sense of humour, so I doubt this will be a problem.)
The In-Character Explanation.
Where did this suddenly come from? There are a plethora of things in the academy and the town that don't have a full explanation and simply are surrounded by mystery. This is one of those things.
There's a press room certainly. Characters might hear it late at night if they listen carefully.
♠ Where is it? We don't really know...
♠ Can you go looking for it? Sure. Why not?
♠ Any consequences for being nosy? Absolutely. Any character caught trying to find the press room will find themselves in the next issue of Keysmash and likely not in a flattering story.
♠ How do you ICly submit an idea? Just clarify that it's an IC recommendation. (Like Kiyotaka reminding everyone to do their homework and be on time.)
♠ How do you OoCly submit an idea? Same as above. Just specify.
♠ Where do you submit an idea? Right hurr. This entry. Just not under the Question/Answer thread.
♠ What next? Your mom.
