► GOALS & DIRECTIONS: Hey, some of us have been here a really long time and might not know what direction to take our characters in anymore, or maybe you've been here only a few days and don't know where to start. There's no better time to start than now, so don't be afraid to express what things you'd like to do with your characters, regardless if it's something that might happen in the near future or a long ways away. Fall in love? Fall out of love? Graduate? Experience what it's like to be the opposite gender? An animal? In the body of someone else? Save the world? Try to destroy it? The more other players are aware of what you want to do, the better your chances are of making your wishes into reality!

► THIRD PARTY SUGGESTIONS: Suggest new CR or character ideas, even if it has nothing to do with your own characters. Just put a "THIRD PARTY SUGGESTION" in the title of your comment when you browse the Character Plotting threads, and who knows? Maybe you just suggested a great interaction or idea no one has ever thought of before. And don't forget to spread the love around with as many people as you can so everyone gets a suggestion or two!

Classes are underway, temperatures and leaves are dropping, and autumn is officially in the air! Enjoy the the scenic view and big fluffy leaf piles while you can.

The ISLE OF ANCIENTS is still around and similarly will be going through some seasonal changes, although they aren't as consistent. Some parts of the island will remain fresh and green and summer-warm year long. It's magical like that.

Autumn also means HALLOWEEN which means 2spoopy events just for you. Mods are working on it, thinking about merging together a dance + fall festival, maybe into something like a 2spoopy barnyard dance. Let us know if you have any other ideas, otherwise we'll work on refining this event and post an info plot sometime mid-month.

Otherwise there's been talk on the plurkosphere of a CHARACTER PIN-UP CALENDAR which sounds amazing. We mods will not organize this but we think it's an excellent idea and encourage it to happen.

Ike | Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
The kind and brave commander of the Greil Mercenaries. Blunt and serious. His incredible swordsmanship was learned from his father. Once lead the Crimean Liberation Army and regained Crimea's freedom during the Mad King's War. Protective of his comrades.
Henry | Fire Emblem: Awakening
A dark mage native to Plegia. Known as a genius by others for his ability in sorcery and hexes. A bit too sunny and enthusiastic for his rank and class. Has a hard time being sensitive to delicate topics, and often makes others uncomfortable. Loves animals and loves war.

Seeking: HEY so I just got Henry back in the game! I'd love to do anything with him, and the same still applies for Ike.

ON ANOTHER NOTE, Henry is a teacher and I'm gonna reach out and ask anybody: is there anything you'd like for him to cover as a subject in class? He's teaching the dark arts, and that covers anything of a grim persuasion, like curses, summons, dark magic that deals damage, levitation, and anything dealing with malevolent spirits. Think about Questionable Magic from games you're familiar with and get back to me if something seems interesting. I'd love ideas.

Seeking: Happy with all the things. It might be fun to get him involved with a plot of some sort, though. He tends to be very Fluff-tastic so something a little more serious could be cool.
Goals & Directions: Currently, he isn't up to much. Resuming ukulele practice now that his hand is mostly healed and looking forward to an abundance of cheap pumpkins.

Seeking: I'll take anything for this guy! He's feeling just the slightest bit static at the minute. If people have things they need him for, though, I'm all ears.
Goals & Directions: He's doing as he always does. Teaching, training, learning about Pokémon and tutoring people who want private tutoring.

Seeking: More CR in general would be great. Some negative CR would be especially great. I feel like he hasn't been horrible and grizzled and terrible enough lately. Having said that, making more actual friends would be a plus.
Goals & Directions: I have a woodshop log planned for earlier next week.

Character(s): Knuckles 2.0
Seeking: Errrrything. He's super brand new and I'll admit I've been loving awkward Same Guy but Different interactions. It will be fun to have him meet new people, too.
Goals & Directions: He's still getting his bearings and figuring out what he's supposed to be doing here.

Character: Pulseman, AKA Pulse, that somewhat reclusive guy who just popped up inside your computer to remind you to change your school BBS login password again this month.
Seeking: Anything!
Goals & Directions: Pulse is currently in the process of checking out the island ruins and meeting some new AIs. ...hopefully not at the same time. I'm also planning on him meeting and befriending a Porygon in cyberspace sooner or later; I'll put the details in a Tegaki post, tablet willing.

Character(s): KIYOTAKA, big-eyebrowed shouty diligent student; HAYATO, big-eyebrowed egocentric cheerleader/gym coach.
Seeking: Anything and everything with anyone and everyone.
Goals & Directions:

Kiyotaka went up to the island with Zero and found some trouble, and now he is learning the way of the sword. And also being awful at training Magikarps. And also doing all his homework like a good little boy. I'd love some new CR for him as always, maybe folks to keep him grounded and relaxed during his senior year.

Hayato is gonna do pin-up calendar recruiting later in the month. For now, he was partially responsible for that pushy gyroid out on the quad, go fund that. Hayato himself needs to gather up a lot of CR, and I'd also like to get a GYM CLASS going. I'm wanting to do TEAMWORK ACTIVITIES, like some kind of ice climbers scenario or something involving sharks because why not. Suggestions for that are super welcome.

Character(s): Max/Bowser/Jock (Arcanine)/Hagakure
Seeking: Most of the things. Logs and such. Any sort of art log that is MS Paint based and revolves around a series of absurd propositions and circumstances.

Goals & Directions:
MAX: Teaching people how to punch. Wanting to do physical things. Trying to fill the hole in his life from Vinnie not being his underling anymore. Trying to figure out how his life works with Knuckles not remembering the last five years.

BOWSER: Loving this new evil Falcon guy. Being a dick. Having classes. MARIO.

JOCK: Loves Blue the most. He wants to be your friend. He wants to eat a lot of meat. He wants to take naps with you. He wants you to feel his muscles.

HAGAKURE: Needs to have a fortune-telling log up sometime. Needs some non-Dangan... friends? Needs to do something with Hajime. Needs to get on that chicken coop.

Character(s): Ian, the human version of your favorite golden retriever. Great for helping fix problems or moving a couch.
Seeking: New CR mostly! Probably in log or action form because I am not suuuuper great at network stuff.

Goals & Directions: Hmmmmmmm nothing too specific, though I will probably have Ian do an open HANDY MAN log soon since he is a maintenance man. I think dorm maintenance problems, burnt out light bulb epidemic, out of control sprinklers, etc could all be fun ways to get people in Ian's general vicinity.

Character(s): Vinnie the Venusaur, Zero the robot
Seeking: I'd love to go deeper with both their existing CRs, especially their new friends and fresh conflicts.
Goals & Directions: Vinnie's got some bumps in the road ahead for him - he's trying to be a good brother/friend/boyfriend, but still doesn't totally feel like he belongs anywhere. Clearly the solution is to distract himself by keeping busy.

Zero has absolutely no life and no hobbies and could really stand to loosen up and learn how to be a person now that his existence is not constant war. Odds are low that he'll take to anything, but he would like to familiarize himself with more people.

Eggman - I’m hoping to eventually give him the Death Egg back, or even the Death Egg Mk II. But that won’t be for a little while yet. But I’m open to anything with him.

Blaze - Blaze is in bad need of new CR. She needs to learn to relax too.

Daisy - Also in bad need of new CR.

Jolt - Things are quiet for Jolt right now, but I’d love to get him involved in more physical activity or even some lighthearted pranking. Also want to see him learn how to relax.

R.O.B. - More CR would be more than welcome.

Shantae - Needs some more CR.

Rock - He needs some new CR, and I want to get him involved in activities.

Character(s): Samus Aran from Metroid (

icequeen_aran), Blood Falcon from F-Zero (

SAMUS will probably be consoling Falcon over CLONE PROBLEMS andor punching Blood in the face. Otherwise she's around and doing Samus things as normal; teaching Biomech and Armed Weaponry, training in the stadium, getting in a few last motorbike washes in the parking lot before the weather cools too much. ~~Celebrating October 19th.~~

BLOOD fucked up the library, I'm sorry everyone who likes books and not-pain. Blood made his debut right here and you are never too late for mayham if you don't mind backtags. That said, I've decided Blood will be adorned with a CONE OF SHAME thanks to Master Hand for being bad. Maybe I'll leave him in it for a week before switching to a really gaudy shock collar or something because lbr he's going to need it. Big angry manchild is here for all your tantrum and tragedy needs.

WARREN has yet to make his debut but I'm probably going to do that tonight or this weekend at latest. Maybe I'll toss him in the drinking log. If you are interested in GHOSTLY POSSESSIONS, that is something Warren can do now, and I think is quite timely with Halloween this month. All you gotta do is put on his ~~face~~ mask / let him trick you into putting on his mask and YOUR BODY IS HIS TO DO WITH WHAT HE PLEASES. He will probably do bad things with it like try to ruin friendships and make you act uncouth and unbecoming like in public spaces or if he really hates you he might try to walk you off a cliff or something. He's a great guy like that. ʘ‿ʘ

Goals & Directions: I'm reaching a point in where I want something big to happen to him. In the meantime, he's still trying to get over his little boy fear of moving forward in an intimate way with his girlfriend. Also boxing log. That WILL happen, I swear.

Seeking: He needs enemies, and more very close friends. I was planning on him teaching a class next semester.
Goals & Directions: Connor is going to be a father soon. I really want him to go forward with that and things involving his Rufflet. People to spar, hunt with, etc. I am always up for things with him, shoot me a line and we can plan a thing.

Seeking: Still semi new but I'm trying my best to incorporate him, but now that it's Spooktober and there's that One Cat Asshole who has returned as a ghost, he's going to be rather upset. He needs buddies.

❀ BULBA is Green's Venusaur and one of the girls' RAs and generally a friendly dude that will feed you if you ask him to.
❀ BLUE is a poglemon trainer and likes talking to folks and really needs a part-time job.
❀ VIANCA is the very tiny pikmin librarian that doesn't talk much, emotes basically never and has a whole bunch of things she needs help with. You can also ask her for nurse-y help if you'd like.

Seeking: Anything you'd be interested in.

Goals & Directions:
✿ BULBA could always use more friends or continuing things with old friends. He's doing his best to ignore the fact that he's got some old insecurities flaring up but those are always fair game to provoke more of.

✿ BLUE hasn't been doing a super lot so I don't have a lot to say for her at the moment. She's super interested in all these fresh new trainers. SOMEONE should take her on a DATE.

✿ VIANCA is a mess and will probably (hopefully) make a post about things soon, but: THE LIBRARY IS TRASHED and her assistant is borken and so is she, kinda. She will potentially be taking applications for more library assistants, should you have a dude interested in that kind of thing.

Goals & Directions:
I think it would be funny if Hilda were in some kind of situation where telling the truth meant trouble for her, because she cannot tell a lie. Besides that, she's been trying to learn how to fight more better so that she doesn't have to tire out her Pokemon all the time, so if any beginners want to spar and give each other black eyes or anything that would be very cool. Pokemon battles are also cool! Making friends is double cool! I'm thinking maybe we could do a nature hike or something before the weather gets too cold.

MARIOOO... Has got to do some stuff. In the absence of a nurse on staff I think he's gonna take up the reins a little bit and occasionally become Dr. Mario again. ~~may we please have a dr. mario-type virus wreak havoc on the school so everyone has to throw giant horse pills around someday~~ Besides that, I gotta make a history class, and I really want to throw him at some more stuff. Also some kind of scenario where he's helping someone out in the infirmary and whips out a plunger when he's done, all "gotta go someone's toilet is clogged." I think doing some stuff where his million jobs come into play would be hilarious... Referee Mario pulls on a doctor's coat outta nowhere and tends to someone's sports injury

Shinta is new, new, new. He definitely needs new friends (and enemies!?), his roommate is a 6-year old that looks 40 and is scary, he likes encouraging people and being Way Nice. Seeking people to ruin his hard work. Also seeking scenarios where he has to wing it (art, open-ended essay, etc.) so he can crumble under the pressure.

Kyle is new too, but not so much. He was here before years ago, before the switch to a comm-based game, so I'd like to reconnect with his old CR a lot! AND MAKE NEW CR I'M DOWN. I'm making him the designated substitute for when teachers can't teach, so if you've ever wanted to make sure nothing gets done, he's your man. Give him a mystery or dump all your problems on him. Also, as of right now he's stranded on the sky island and his car mysteriously appeared in the parking lot. So maybe you could help ~~kick him off the side~~ put him back on campus ground.

Character: Riwane the Charizard. Overly energetic, loving and excitable. Loves music, dancing and fighting. Easy to get a long with!

Seeking: Why is there never an all of the above option? But yes! Errything please! Logs, threads, new/old CR! Any themes!

Goals & Directions: Going to finish up High School for sure this year. Wants to continue training in hopes that she'll be able to get more teammates and they could finish taking on the different regions and become a well known team in those areas. Also making sure that those very important people in her life are well taken care of!

Character: Charlise the Drifblim. Foul mouthed emo ghost type. Loves girls. Trying to deal with the renewed feeling of abandonment. Has been more reclusive than usual. Loves to 'collect' everything, even if it's not hers. especially if it ain't hers.

Seeking: Logs/Threads, new cr and strengthening old cr any theme is applicable, she'll do just about anything.

Goals & Directions: I want to try and get her to enjoy life a bit more. That not everyone is out to give her a spark of happiness only to dump her on the curb like she feels almost everyone has done since she pretty much came to being. She'll still retain her personality, yeah, tsun at heart and all. But maybe, hopefully have a bitty, tiny, small, ray of hope. It is also her birth/death month so she'll be extra, extra pissy/emo/whatever. Not in very good spirits ~~hurr~~ so she might or might not take it out on random people this month.

Okay so I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. New job, new schedule. I work during the day, Mon-Fri, and go to school too. So I have less free time than my old job but I'm better for it, tbh.

That out of the way, Vivian is kind of doing her own thing, as she does. I'll likely toss her around and if you're thinking of something that I might have failed to notice but might be good for her, toss it my way!

Randall is still fairly new despite his time here so far. I'm looking to get him more friends. He's a bit of a puzzle/archaeology freak but it's not all he thinks about. He enjoys being adventurous and pursuing knowledge, especially if it gets his fingers in the dirt. The more absurd and interesting a situation the better for him.

letsgetfunky A dude with yellow beanie hat who likes graffiti art and dancing and is full of energy. Has some personas. Doesn't like people who nag.
Seeking: Logs, meeting new people, tegaki logs, anything!

Goals & Directions:
- Leon is probably getting very anxious to play baseball. He's been at Smash for quite some time now, and he's yet to actually go hit balls and pitch and stuff...!! He's actually a little hesitant since how he died back at Hope's Peak Academy and all. Not to the point of trauma/triggers, but he's a little bit scared to get hit by balls...... but his urge to play baseball probably beats that fear so there would be a Baseball Log sometime in the near future!

- Pidge has actually been doing extremely little, probably the least out of the entire group. There was Bulba's b-day party at a bar, so there's that! Other than that...not much :x He's a daytime burd so he'd be a lot more quieter and less energetic with the nights getting longer.

- Ecolo is a dimension traveler. So he can totally sent people to different dimensions on a whim! ~~He totally did that with certain two ronpa kids and sent them to a bar~~ If you'd like your dude to be dragged into an adventure in a different world against the dude's wills, Ecolo's your guy to get! (It can end with ease with Ecolo coming back to pick you guys up whenever you want too, if you'd like a swift return. Or anything, actually. I'm up for plotting and fleshing out details!)
Ecolo has never celebrated Halloween. He is totally going to take advantage of this. He can shape-shift himself into shadow-y versions of anyone he wants to copy (with the mun's permission, of course) and go around spooking people. He will do the tricks part of trick-or-treat all month long (probably).

- Mark has joined Dance club, but I think another club is needed since Mark tends to wander around abandoned buildings to put his artwork on if he's left with too much free time. He could use a little more friends, yeah. Since he's fairly new compared to the other muses, he hasn't done as many things as I'd like.

Zelda is laying low because she only just recently stopped being stuck as Sheik. HOWEVER she's certainly going to make some trips up to the island as Sheik if anyone wants to get on board that kind of thing. RUINS ADVENTURE.
Wheatley is, as always, being Wheatley. Blood Falcon fucked him up, he needs someone to reattach his robot leg. Which of you will help him do this.
