► GOALS & DIRECTIONS: Hey, some of us have been here a really long time and might not know what direction to take our characters in anymore, or maybe you've been here only a few days and don't know where to start. There's no better time to start than now, so don't be afraid to express what things you'd like to do with your characters, regardless if it's something that might happen in the near future or a long ways away. Fall in love? Fall out of love? Graduate? Experience what it's like to be the opposite gender? An animal? In the body of someone else? Save the world? Try to destroy it? The more other players are aware of what you want to do, the better your chances are of making your wishes into reality!

► THIRD PARTY SUGGESTIONS: Suggest new CR or character ideas, even if it has nothing to do with your own characters. Just put a "THIRD PARTY SUGGESTION" in the title of your comment when you browse the Character Plotting threads, and who knows? Maybe you just suggested a great interaction or idea no one has ever thought of before. And don't forget to spread the love around with as many people as you can so everyone gets a suggestion or two!

► You know the usual rules: play nice, you don't have to say yes to every offer, be polite and all that jazz.

but yes. That's why I need grizzled old men in my life. And at some point over this weekend I will totally attack Knuckles' post.

WELL one thing is, I was a manager. So. It wasn't as bad for me as it was for some people. BUT STILL it was pretty intense. Especially when we had the penny items or the nickel items.

Jeez I can't even imagine the chaos of penny items. Just seeing the state of little cheap bins as a shopper is a nightmare in itself. At least there will be no Septembers to worry about for a whole other year... at least on this end. You sound like you have achieved sweet freedom.

It's his destiny. No matter what happens, no matter how it happens, no matter which deities try to intervene or how much science gifts us with answers, Kiyotaka Ishimaru is destined to grow old and grizzled.

I LITERALLY MADE IT FOR CHRIS. I saw these frames in a youtube video and was like 'I think Chris needs me to icon that.' So I did.

Penny items were terrible and people tended not to read the little blurb that said 'limit 5' or 'limit 10' so people would rock up to the counter with like 200 penny rulers and throw a tantrum when they started ringing for ten cents each. It was spectacular.
