I'm bringing you another hedgehog, because clearly there aren't enough hedgehogs in this game. This guy's called Silver, he has psychic powers of the 'picking stuff up with his mind and throwing it around' variety. He's also a little out of it because he just lost his best friend only to find her again HI BLAZE.

He's from Sonic '06, the most terribly made game in existence, just past the finale of his own story but before the Final Story begins. He is very confused to be here.
