GAME PLOTTING

<b>Player:</b> <b>Idea:</b> This can be anything from "cafeteria food fight" to "campus-wide murder mystery". No idea is too big or small. Find interested parties, work out details, decide on when/where/how/why together! Just remember anything really huge should be run by the moderators real quick. Use your best judgement; things like hijacking the PA system, minor to moderate property destruction and brawls don't need mod approval, but things like exploding buildings and mass-death should get approval.

GOALS & DIRECTIONS: Hey, some of us have been here a really long time and might not know what direction to take our characters in anymore, or maybe you've been here only a few days and don't know where to start. There's no better time to start than now, so don't be afraid to express what things you'd like to do with your characters, regardless if it's something that might happen in the near future or a long ways away. Fall in love? Fall out of love? Graduate? Experience what it's like to be the opposite gender? An animal? In the body of someone else? Save the world? Try to destroy it? The more other players are aware of what you want to do, the better your chances are of making your wishes into reality!

THIRD PARTY SUGGESTIONS: Suggest new CR or character ideas, even if it has nothing to do with your own characters. Just put a "THIRD PARTY SUGGESTION" in the title of your comment when you browse the Character Plotting threads, and who knows? Maybe you just suggested a great interaction or idea no one has ever thought of before. And don't forget to spread the love around with as many people as you can so everyone gets a suggestion or two!

A few ground rules:

1. You don't HAVE to accept every offer that comes your way. Accept offers you are interested in, and politely say no to ideas you do not like.
   
2. An offer does NOT guarantee a log or plot development between your characters. Please remember that.
   
3. The final decision about which offers to accept or reject goes to the original poster of the request.

GAME PLOTTING

It's been a busy summer break, hasn't it? Drug induced Floods and Love Hotels and Metacons, just to name a few! Backdating is certainly a very welcome option, so don't feel like you've missed out on the fun.

Looking towards the future, school (and hopefully lots of class logs!) will start up soon (the 20th to be precise) but there will be a little preemptive testing before then.

Since coming back from the hotel, the academy has gone under some noticeable changes (details here)... white panels, futuristic doors and cameras everywhere, oh my! Aside from these aesthetic changes, things will be uneventful for a little while. Take a break, play in Smash as you normally would, or play around with the shiny new Aperture toys GLaDOS has given everyone.

On the 13th, GLaDOS will be done playing around, and she'll put the school on lock-down for mandatory (read: dangerous) testing. There will be designated safe zones such as the dormitories, but who will put an end to this maniacal AI, and how...?

DREAM EVENT

Okay, I've brought this one up a couple of times but I finally have a pretty solid idea of what's going to happen!

-Casey gets doped up on green and orange pops
-Psychic broadcasting goes out to everyone participating. Orange pops can account for ghosts/dark types/robots participating if you want them to
-Casey's dream is kind of the hub in which there's many different doorways or something into each individual dream, people can visit other peoples' dreams
-Dream logic applies. Flying, stuff coming out of nowhere, knowing things about the dreams themselves (but not other characters unless you clear it with the other mun), time not flowing as it does in real life, etc
-Groove mentioned Skull Kid tripping out at around the same time, so there could be a darker twist. I'll let her add to this if she has particular plans
-Casey will be asleep a full 24 hours to accommodate both nocturnal and diurnal characters. Abras sleep a lot anyway, an extra few hours because of the green pops isn't that weird.


THOUGHTS? SUGGESTIONS? QUESTIONS? I'm planning for this to be sometime between mid- and late-August. Probably later so it's not too close to the portal event.

Also when class logs start up again... Crap, that means I have to go back to graduate school.

So I was thinking. Byrne might actually decide to teach stuff this year instead of making his students do stupid drills. He MIGHT have had a change of heart??

Once upon a time there was talk of Caim having a trial for the good number of people who have died. Our faithful and loyal Majima has left, however, and we have a significant lack of actual 'lawyers' to do this kind of thing. That being said, it'd be great to see it, but could be hard to put together. Also, Caim would like his sword back. Perhaps someone would be willing to help him...

After events die down and we have some more quiet time going on, I'll throw up Marth's tea social that any and all are invited to attend - whether you're testing teas or crashing the party. Anything's called for.

Nabs is pretty much open for business anything. I'm thinking she should start giving blade lessons again. And working on the new dance curriculum and what not. In other words, steal her for anything and everything.

With 'extra credit' (or likely free passes out of Boxes 101), Snake would be willing to 'hire' students to spy on his dad. Help a brutha out.

Also once other things are moved aside, maybe Voile should begin working on the Pokémon contest hall... Like sometime when she's not on Warren's lollipops. (Also her doing work on it while being on lollipops would be quite comical.)

Zelda of the Skyward flavour is still sort of trying to understand the whole academy thing going on. WTS Loftwing rides for a comprehensive explanation. Actually, she'd be pretty much up for anything as well.

Seeking: Really looking into expanding everyone's CR, as usual. I don't mind developing current CR, but I'd love for them to start making new friends (or enemies...?)

AI: As far as I know, is still selling lollipops for Warren. She's taking swimming lessons, although she hasn't gotten particularly far in them yet. That may end up leading to... something...? /GLANCES AT KAT? Other than that, she's been her usual cheerful self lately and is open to make new friends, irritate the easily-irritated, or get entangled in inappropriately dramatic plots for an ambiguously aged loli plant girl.

ELI: Just really needs to expand her CR and get into doing. Stuff. She will have started taking drugs that make her hyper-focused and anxious since before and through the love hotel event. And is probably going to be on them up through the Aperture plot? She's been studying people from afar a lot lately. And she's always good if you need a bitch to start a fight with.

GOLD: Is doing pretty good! He's making new friends (thanks, kissing booth) and developing existing CR pretty nicely right now. Heeeee admittedly doesn't have much conflict going on lately which is a bit bothersome? Nnnnot sure what I could get him tangled up in, but I love doing dramatic plots with him.

LINK: Ssssstill struggling. Doing a little better, but definitely still struggling. I wish I could have done more with having him wander around the love hotel drugged up on blue lollis, but I feel like I sort of missed that opportunity? I think I'll just keep him sober until after the Aperture plot, and then start him on that? BUT UH IN THE MEANTIME. I'm really just dying to get him some fun CR with someone... anyone... ;D;

MARIE: His CR keeps dropping like flies. I know he's probably the hardest of my characters to interact with. But he could really use some stuff to do. Positive or negative CR. Stuff with his current CR. Anything. Everything. Halp.

Warren: Is still perpetuating his lollipop drugs, although by now he's mostly left the selling-of in the hands of his drug loli army. He may or may not be working a terrible deal with Cave. Seeing as how many of these pops can act as performance enhancing drugs, they just might come in handy when GLaDOS starts up her testing--Warren will be sure to capitalize on this.

Also DARK PIT I HOPE YOU LIKE YOUR NEW ROOMIE.

Rick: I'M PRETTY HAPPY WITH for the time being. I'd LOVE FOR HIM TO GO MOUNTAIN-MANNING IT UP WITH FLINT OR SOMETHING but that would have to wait until after the upcoming event since he'll have a part to play in it. I would be very content with any CR or interactions until then.

Samus: bbbbbbb indecision everywhere. I will backdate buddy cops forever and ever and I THINK THIS MIGHT BE THE TIME. THE TIME TO GO INTO SPACE because I am being very indecisive with her re: upcoming event. She seems really perfect for it but I guess I'm afraid of SMOTHERING HER EVERYWHERE or something? Otherwise, game for drug investigations, game for buddy cops, game for space missions, ect.

Raiden: Is probably pro-core ha ha at portals now.

♥ I'm a terrible person and really love Warren and Voile. I especially like how Voile is just naive enough to think 'Seth' could have a thing for her. I support tormenting her a bit, while making her a fairly valuable asset to him.

♥ For some reason, Zelda and Rick seems to appeal to me. I haven't figured this out yet, though.

♥ Hey, hey. Sometime in the future. Snake and Samus. I'm liking where their dormitory log is going. And perhaps if I'm lucky, one day in the future Falcon and Snake can square off over Samus.

♥ Hello, Raiden. I am here forever to help add to your torture. And to occasionally help. With a redhead. Also, maybe drinking times with Snake. They can commiserate together. Over waffles. And manly stories.

Aquenda Is the new kid on the block, and she could use some friends. She's kind of a big hippie who wants to get along with everyone, but that doesn't mean I don't want negative CR for her. Starter goals are CR networking, getting over culture shock, and trying to connect with the spirits and the elements of FDC. Later on she'll very likely decide that the school is spiritually bankrupt and try to teach people the traditional Tauren ways.

Blacky is still on the red lollipops, and especially after the love hotel she is itching for fights. She's always been bitter and spiteful but she's probably going to be a lot meaner than usual. She'll have her nice moments too, but the increased aggression has given her a hair trigger.

Also, Ghost Club should host some events or else cause mischief for the entire school. Welcoming suggestions for that.

Casey has nothing huge going on. I want to play up her troublemaker mode a little more. Not through being a prankster or anything, but by sharing secrets and generally having no concept of social structures. Also, dream event. She could use more friends, enemies, or anything.

Mary is still selling drugs for Warren! She is also wanting to make ALL THE FRIENDS despite her occasional violent outbursts. But, you know, those shouldn't come up too often now that she and Garry have had An Important Talk. She's young and still learning about the outside world, so she is available for being taught by a kind soul or else being led down terrible paths by some jackass. Either one is great.

Chili: I covered his long term direction in the last personals, and I've achieved a good start: he is feeling insecure about his own personal strength, and he's already doubting himself as a capable gym leader and has talked about this with his brothers. As of late, he's been choosing to work hard and study hard, buuut then came the floods and the love hotels and... yeah. I am interested in boosting his CR with others! (Also, if you wanted to see Chili/Pansear anywhere and I've forgotten over the past few days, please let me know and I'll send 'em right over! I've been sick for a while and it's been making life difficult.)

Shinon: I picked him up then had to die because of illnesses. He hasn't done much since he got here: he's been doing a lot of wandering around the city and gaining his memory of the place back. Do you want to encounter him anywhere during the love hotels or beyond? Please let me know! You can also check my re-app for any memory details that may apply to your character. CRESS: He's still adjusting with being at the school and away from home and everything. Getting homesick a lot, contemplating leaving with Chili from time to time... ESPECIALLY after the Aperture remodel, since... he's had some traumatic experiences in a place that looks like a carbon copy of his TERRIBLE MEMORIES. It makes him incredibly nervous. He's still kind of rocky about how he stands as a gym leader, considering canon events revealed in BW2 that took place in BW's timeline. He has a lot of space to develop to where he needs to go and some scenarios that forward that development are way cool with me.

PIT: OH GOSH DARK PIT IS HERE!! I don't have any huge plans or specific directions for him right now except to throw him back in for another school year. School year with a BRUTHA FROM ANOTHA... mirror. It's gonna be interesting having him around to play off of.

RHYS: I think I got him to have some new CR, so that pleases me! I'd like to keep growing it, if that's all right. I still think I should throw up an office log when people are seriously tripping out or coming in drugged up just so I can further the drug plot shenans some more, since my plans were to have Rhys figure out the lollipops are behind it before being silenced. I hope I can fit that in between the Portal plot somehow.

EDIT: Anything we discussed last round, I am still open to doing! I know I pestered a few people into doing stuff with me, but never got around to actually doing them.

FLINT: I think the MOUNTAIN MAN CAMPING may happen after PORTALS because he is going to have his fill of science for the next ten years after that's over with and will need some good old fashioned nature. STAY TUNED

FLURRIE: Tea parties and drama/theatrics and swapping beauty tips and being fabulous as usual! She's also not signed up for Aperture shenanigans since she'll be off campus for the lockdown, but she can lend moral support from the outside at least.

SKULL KID He is gonna start tripping on lollipops and that will end badly for everyone! I might put up a separate OOC plot post for this!

GARRETT: oh god i have a new character what do i do. I kind of want him to meet other people who are jamjarred here against their will and maybe they could try and ESCAPE (and it would fail miserably because haha tormenting our characters is fun). Also if anyone wants to do anything SHADY and NEFARIOUS I'm up for that too! He's also not signed up for PORTALS but he nabbed one of the communicators so he'll be able to spectate and laugh at your misfortune.

MUN WISE: I think I've greatly improved on interacting with people and trying to poke my nose places and get more CR up with characters, and you've all been a great help!! Everyone is really good about understanding my heavy work schedule and being patient and aaah. Thanks so much! I'll keep trying, too!

Sonic ( bluestreaker ): To be honest, I've not got much goin' on for this guy. I think the Love Hotel event had me really focused on his totally heterosexual relationship with Shadow, so I wound up deviating in that direction for a bit. I wanna get him back out and making more friends. So, about the same as last month!! o_x

I DO want him to get in on lollipop investigations. He's superfuck pissed about getting drugged (and, consequently, drugging Shadow without realizing it, plus all the aftermaths), so that'd be really great to meet up with people on. I know I was targetting Fedex Phoenix (Slowest tags there, Carbon, sorrryyy) and he's going to approach Neph at some point (When Dassa is back from hiatus and if she wants to run that log with me!) SOOOOO. Things!

Evve ( idowhatilike ): OOHHH EVVE. She's my new baby since the last personals post! Some of you have met her. She can be a bit of a bitch, that Eevee, if you can't tell, but she isn't completely cut off from the idea of friendships; she is just terribly particular about them.
She has a bit of a dry/warped/dark sense of humor and generally dislikes approaching people (She doesn't fancy humans too much. She also dislikes Eeveelutions, especially the ones that have trainers), but I really want to do something with her. (Don't take that as not to post with an idea! Just a warning about her personality.)

That said, I'd really like to get her out more but Evve isn't a very goal-oriented character as it is. I know some'a ya were interested in doing something with her. I'd really love that! I might try and get another network post up with her commenting on the school's state of affairs before the lockdown goes on, but if another idea springs up, that'd be great! In regards to the Lockdown, I have her set to "Open", but if someone wants to be with her, lemme know! Evve is fairly intelligent (even if her mun isn't, cries, how's that work...), so if she can stop being a sarcastic asshat for five minutes, she's probably a great asset. (Asshat, asset.. get it..)

Sable: I'm going to try and get started with her getting addicted to orange lollipops. Expect a mountain of newly sewn clothes in her office! I'm always interested in her developing her CR and making new CR with her, considering that she's been opening up more and more, this should be a little easier to do.

Doopliss: I don't think he's on the chopping block anymore, at least for now. Still need to get back into the groove of pranking others constantly!

Watt: Watt's the most sociable of my characters, so I'm always open for new CR with her, as well as developing old CR, of course! Of course she'll be drawing a lot often, but I'm thinking that maybe she could get into another hobby of sorts, I don't even know.

Goals & Directions: Truthfully? I want to get more into everything that there is, or there could be in Smash. It's such an amazing place and I've loved everything about it, specially the people.

Additional Notes:

Riwane: So with much thought and her interactions with her CR, in particular with her favorite Firetail, she's given more and more thought about evolving. For more reasons than just evolving. She's always been scared of losing herself if she evolved, but more recently she's been thinking, hey it might not be too bad... Plus, if she grows up to a Chayrizard... she might help their kin populate more right?! >.> Right, so anyways, this might or might not happen sometime in the next few months, but she's already building to it.

There might be problems with it, not sure, if she decides to do it, she'll want to rush it so she doesn't back away from the idea, so she'll try real hard to level twice which would probably happen through a gym or training in one of the pokemon regions with Jon. She way past the level she shoulda have evolved into Charizard, but I still think leveling up so fast might have some backlash so I'm not sure how I should deal with that. Anyways, I'm just rambling now >.> TL:DR Kitsu is a derp and shouldn't post the end XD;;

Charlise/Kitty: Kitty's hopped up on green lollies, but she's gotten to the point that she's gone into insomnia... which is bad because she really really wants those dreams... Solution? More lollies of course.. but how long till she's had one too many? So there might be a danger time for Kitty for crossing the line on taking one too many drugs.

Aaaand on a final note, I've been considering maybe 1 or 2 more dudes... I feel I've gone up in activity even if it's been Kitsu activity. Maybe bring one of my WoW oc's? Ellistree in particular which I had so much fun with in the Con event... Who knows. Maybe a Nintendo or a Third Party... ugh So indecisive....

It might motivate some drug investigations and make for some excellent drama CR.

I still have a lot of backtagging to do, mostly for both love hotel and pre-flooding dorm logs. I really want to finish those threads. If any fellow slowtaggers or latecomers due to cons want someone to tag love hotel antics with, I'm game.

I also want her to partake in lolipop addictions right before classes start. Maybe she might be lolidrugged for the Portal event.

By the end of August, Kazooie will be initiating a Bad Movie Club. The Room subevent went really well where a small group of us muns watched the actual movie together over a chat and then characters who joined the thread posted IC reactions. This should be a regular thing and Carbo Cookie already has a list compiled. I would do this sooner, but Kaz has only been on campus for a couple of days before all these things started happening, so it wouldn't really make sense on the IC front.

Kazooie and Peacock should run a crazy plot together
