Hello Smash, this is Iyo bringing in her second character. This is Alcin, an Altaria from the Hoenn region, who used to be on the same team Voile used to be in!
He is rather... attached to Voile to put simply. But unlike a certain dark wizard, Alcin is much more sociable! His application is here if you'd like to get to know about him more. I am so excited to bringing him into the game!
