Hello my name is called Parcel and I'm here to ruin everyone's life with this guy, Black Shadow from the F-Zero series. He introduces himself to people as the Emperor of Evil and I don't know what I could say that that doesn't already tell you...Summarized, he is kind of a magic powered race demon mob boss and dad to Blood Falcon, because that is just the kind of game F-Zero is. He is here as your Drivers Ed teacher, which is basically a front for finding new F-Zero racers to work for him!

People will probably get hurt in his classes. A lot.

As for me, I've been in this game before. I know some of you and some of you are new to me. My plurk is Caligraphunky and I will pretty much add anyone. Gonna be working up a permissions post first thing, as he's the kinda guy who needs it the most, but in the meantime: Nice to see y'all!
