► GOALS & DIRECTIONS: Hey, some of us have been here a really long time and might not know what direction to take our characters in anymore, or maybe you've been here only a few days and don't know where to start. There's no better time to start than now, so don't be afraid to express what you'd like to do with your characters, regardless if it's something that might happen in the near future or a long ways away. Fall in love? Fall out of love? Graduate? Experience what it's like to be the opposite gender? An animal? In the body of someone else? Save the world? Try to destroy it? The more other players are aware of what you want to do, the better your chances are of making your wishes into reality!

► THIRD PARTY SUGGESTIONS: Suggest new CR or character ideas, even if it has nothing to do with your own characters. Just put a "THIRD PARTY SUGGESTION" in the title of your comment when you browse the Character Plotting threads, and who knows? Maybe you just suggested a great interaction or idea no one has ever thought of before.

Character(s): Sonny Moe Snorlax
Seeking: Pizza.
Goals & Directions: So, Sonny is still kind of dealing with being on the losing side of that whole 'Egg Carrier Crashing into the Lake' thing that happened. He was just guarding a Hallway - using his bulk as a barrier, like a Snorlax do. Other than that, he's up for Ukulele jam sessions and eating parties and napping parties and all the things. Quite possibly the absolute friendliest person you will ever meet in your life.

Character(s): Jon Talbain
Seeking: Inner Peace.
Goals & Directions: Jon actually suffered a little for activity last month so I'd like to get him a bit more Out There and Involved and the like. If anyone needs a sparring partner or a trainer or a tutor in the arts of marshall, he's your guy. Also: Giant doge, if that's a thing you like.

Character(s): Joel
Seeking: His Humanity.
Goals & Directions: I'll admit to floundering a little with him. If anyone needs a surly-ass old guy either bossing them around or awkwardly trying to be a normal person in their general vicinity, here's your boy. He has an assortment of weapons, likes building things with wood and he's got a pretty nice beard. If beards are something you enjoy.

Character(s): Knuckles the Echidna.
Seeking: Somewhere Nice to Dig Holes.
Goals & Directions: Knuckles is sort of settled in enough by now that he's less phased by mentions of the Prior Him that was here. Still not over the whole 'shyness around females' thing that's been huge amounts of fun to play, so, I'm always up for more of that if that's a thing other people also find fun/funny/bearable/tolerable/etc. But he does lack a little direction and I'd like to fix that so if anyone is interested in ADVENTURES!!!!!!! he's a guy who dearly loves those.

I see Sonny seeks pizza. I happen to know a certain someone who may be able to provide.

Pizza is literally one of Sonny Moe's life goals. A constant, easily achievable goal that makes you feel warm and full and fuzzy inside.

Also! Knuckles should probably at some point apologize to Mona for being a creeper on Valentines day. XD

I was just about to say that Mona and Knuckles should meet up again after the fiasco that was Valentines, and I'm totally all for apologies.

IT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES

Haha - he's going to be just as awkward, but at least in a GOOD way this time!

I'd like to do both these things! I'm guessing Sonny is still bummed out after the Eggcarrier disaster? Mona is feeling equally angry and bummed about her broken vespa. Since pizza makes people feel all warm and fuzzy inside, perhaps the two can make pizza together? Get those bummed feelings out of their systems with a bit of fun and food. Maybe even pizza and music jam session to lift downed spirits?

As for Mona and Knuckles they can run into each other after class if both of them take similar subjects? An awkward bumping each other in the hallways? Mona could even stumble upon Knuckles digging a hole (or fall into one of the holes while he's in it ahaha talk about awkward). Mona can apologize for falling into said hole and his apology dealing with Valentines can start from there?

That sounds like a lot of fun - Sonny would love to make pizza with Mona. He's become quite good at it himself, so, he'd be interested to run one of his creations by an actual pizza professional. Plus, he's always down for a jam session!

What classes does Mona take? Knuckles is in most of the combat classes, with his only academic-ish ones being autoshop and locomotive engineering.

Mona would be more than willing to rate whatever pizza concoction Sonny brings to the table. She can't possibly say no to creativity. Unless it's the None Pizza With Left Beef, then she'll promptly show you out the door.

Mona's also taking the locomotive class as well as phys. ed, smash fundamentals, and pretty much any of the fighting based classes.

His favorite is Hawaiian pizza, as he has a soft spot for cheese, ham and pineapple all. He probably adds shrimp on occasion because... well. Just because!

Nice! So, they probably see one another in class most days and Knuckles has probably been avoiding making eye contact this entire time! XD Any preference on the class on your end, then?

Shimp on Hawaiian pizza sounds absolutely delicious. Seriously they should make this pizza. Mona would have no problem with the added shimp, in fact she'd say it was the best idea ever and why didn't she think of that.

...Now I'm hungry for pizza. IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT.

Haha Mona's going to keep her distance from him because he's a somewhat creepy hand holding guy. No preference on classes though either the martial arts class or one of the other fighting classes would work better. Maybe they get partnered up as sparring partners or just paired up for an in class assignment?

....my most shameful secret is that Sonny often makes me hungry for pizza. And Doritos. Jeff has said this means I am method RPing. I would counterclaim Sonny just has good taste in food when he's not gnawing on pinecones and bamboo.

That works - actually, it's fairly good incentive for me to put up a Martial Arts class. XD

I kind of really dig the way that hospital thread with Eggsguy and Joel went. It would be kind of funny if they wound up on OK terms. Or at least on terms where they have some sort of understanding.

Also, I hope Jolt is ready for discount Easter candy coming up soon. Sonny sure is. Also - Sonny and Shantae are super fun. Also - Knuckles and Wave are super fun. Also - pretty much everything is super fun.

Oh goodness yes, Jolt is always ready for candy. And yes. God. Sonny and Shantae need to hang out more in canon. And Knuckles and Wave need to snark at each other all the time.

So was I - It was pretty unexpected on this end so I was like 'Woah, OK. Awesome!' XD

We could do another Hanging Out under a Tree open log for them. XD I remember that being fun last year. ANNUAL TRADITION!? Oh man, yes. They do. We should have them do a thing. And more snark is just what Knuckles needs in his life - having those two do An Adventure could be crazy fun.

Maybe Knuckles could start Treasure Hunting Club 2.0. Wave would be there for that.

Can they make a sign in marker inviting other people to join in?

Oh man - so many possibilities. One on one dance tutoring, lunch at the cafeteria, study buddies, stadium sparring, making hula outfits for next dance club, Shantae trying to explain Sequin Land Food. (Flesh Pops. XD )

I was thinking about that, though, I dunno if he's quite social enough yet that he's going to want to try and organize a club. Maybe at a slightly later date. BUT, there's a floating Island up there they could go check out!

I like all of these ideas. All of them. I think my favourites would be study buddies and making some hula outfits.

Study Buddies and Hula outfits could easily be a thing they do - Maybe with graduation coming up they can be cramming for finals? Which classes would they have together? I know Martial Arts would be one.

Maybe they can go check it out on Wave's gear. Knuckles spent a few days trying to track down the power source that keeps it up there when he first arrived - maybe she'd be interested enough in that to take him along?

That could work! Martial arts definitely, but to be honest I haven't thought much about her class schedule.

Well, luckily enough for study purposes, Jon's class DOES contain a list of required reading and one part of the final will be a written exam for thirty percent of your final assessment grade. So, they can freak out over Kung Fu style descriptions and Martial Arts History together. I can even set up a log if you want? Or we could use the dorm threads!

Dorm threads might also work for an Island trip if you want. Or I can set up a log for that. However you want to go about it. XD
