So just to be clear, modly types, a video game based on a not-video-game medium is not appable, even if it has characters based solely/primarily in the video game continuum.

Also, I was never really clear on the whole "OCs" thing. I know Pokemon and Pikmin can be OC'd, but does that extend to other "Blank slates"? I know that random Pokemon Trainers aren't really blank slates, they have their Battle Chatter to give them at least a tiny personality, but with this whole "Any game" thing, what about blank face characters? This is mostly an RPG thing, where either you make the moral choices, or older games where you really didn't do much but go kill monsters and save the world. Or even bigger deal, an MMO-verse character, what if someone wanted to play an ice mage from World of Warcraft or a brutal tank from City of Heroes?

Does my question make sense? Is there even a question there?

(Also, the Premise/setting page linked in the FAQ (http://headmasterhand.dreamwidth.org/1818.html) is locked. Though you'd like to know)

I think that should be good for now. Damn you, mods, as if I didn't have a half dozen characters that I wouldn't be able to keep up as it is.
